What we collect

Account details (name, email, password hash), order and payment status (card details are handled by our payment processor and never touch SDPI systems), and — for tune orders — vehicle information including VIN, calibration numbers, modification lists and uploaded calibration files.

Contact form submissions and support correspondence are retained so we can respond and keep context.

How it's used

To fulfill orders, build calibrations, provide support and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Vehicle files and VINs are treated as sensitive: stored privately, access-restricted, and never publicly listed or enumerable.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded calibration files are retained only as long as needed to service your order and revision window, then removed on a schedule. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; we'll action it unless a legal obligation requires retention.
